There are several groups in Tucson that provide opportunities for  professional development as well as networking and socializing.

Ad2 Tucson
Ad2 Tucson is an organization for advertising, marketing and communication professionals age 32 and under. Ad2 is the next generation of industry leaders! The mission of Ad2 Tucson is to aid in the careers of its members.
South of 45 Breakfast Club
The South of 45 Breakfast Club will provide a forum for community involvement and political awareness with the goal of setting a standard of cooperation between Tucson’s young business leaders to benefit the community and agencies dedicated to serving children. Each month a non-profit agency serving children educates the group on their programs and receive a donation of $500 from the club.
Tucson Urban League Young Professionals
The Tucson Urban League Young Professionals (TULYP), a volunteer auxiliary of the Tucson Urban League, is composed of professionals who live, work and serve in the City of Tucson and Pima County region between the ages of 21 and 40. TULYP is composed of key local talent of young professionals who are committed to serving their local affiliate through social and civic engagement.

Tucson Young Professionals (TYP) is a group of young business and community leaders focused on the promotion, attraction and retention of young professionals in Tucson. TYP is a quality group of diverse young professionals working together to showcase Tucson as a place for growth, prosperity, and an engaging environment to live, work and play. The focus of the organization is to provide members with opportunities to get in front of and build relationships with local community and business leaders. TYP is a place for next generation leaders and change agents to share their ideas, test their insight and participate in a dynamic conversation with like-minded leaders who are passionate about building better places to live, work and play.
United Way Young Leaders Society
The United Way Young Leaders Society is an organization of passionate young professionals who are actively seeking ways to Connect, Serve & Lead to make a positive and lasting impact throughout our community. The next generation of Tucson and Southern Arizona leaders are people who want to take active and visible leadership roles in community projects, committees and boards. |
