Fletcher J McCusker is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Providence Service Corporation, founded in 1996.

Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Youth Services International, Inc. and CEO of Introspect Healthcare Corporation. In 1983 he was the Co- Founder of Century Healthcare.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation from the University of Arizona.

McCusker is a tireless advocate for Downtown Tucson redevelopment. Providence Corporation moved its headquarters to the Downtown area in 2009 and further expanded its corporate footprint in 2010.
