Dennis Minano is Vice Chairman of the Sonoran Institute.

Previously, Minano was Vice President Environment and Energy, Chief Environmental Officer and Vice President of GM Communications for the General Motors Corporation. Minano worked as an Attorney for the Office of the General Counsel.

Minano earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Dayton, OH and a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Law School.

Minano served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at IntegriGuard, LLC, Board member and chair of Governance committee at Waterfront Technology Solutions. He is also a member of the Southern Arizona Regional Transportation Task Force.
