Tucson, Arizona, September 23, 2010 – The TREO 2010 Annual Luncheon, sponsored by Cox Business, is scheduled for Friday, October 1st and features Admiral Michael G. Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Admiral Mullen is the highest-ranking officer in the U.S. Armed Forces and President Obama's principal military advisor.

The event, with over 750 registered attendees will feature a Keynote Presentation by Admiral Mullen, followed by a Business Community-focused Town Hall. This unique opportunity gives the Tucson business community, with a long history of supporting the military, a chance to interact with the Chairman and ask him about business issues and concerns through a Q&A format.

The Chairman’s remarks will include: issues of national security and the global economy; military priorities and strategy as Chairman; state of our national defense readiness; national debt and impact on global security; assimilation of returning veterans into the local workforce; and other business-related defense topics.

The event also includes TREO’s annual economic development update and a celebration of the five-year anniversary of TREO, including The 5 Things to Know About the Next 5 Years. The lunch is sponsored by Cox Business of Arizona.
