Kathy Byrne is the Executive Director of El Rio Community Health Center.

Prior, Byrne was responsible for strategic planning and new program development at Carondelet Health Services. She was the President and CEO of Mercy Care Plan, a joint venture of Carondelet and St. Joseph’s Hospital. Byrne also served as an Assistant Director with the State Medicaid program.

Byrne is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.
